By commissioning me for digital artwork, you agree to the following terms:

1. General Guidelines
2. Payment
3. Process
4. Rights and Usage
5. Prohibited use

1. GENERAL GUIDELINES
• Commissions are for personal use only unless prior commercial rights are purchased.
• I reserve the right to decline any commission request.
• Final artwork will not include a watermark but will bear a small signature that may not be removed.2. PAYMENT
• Payment via Paypal or Ko-Fi only, unless I’ve specified otherwise.
• Payment must be made upfront or split (50% upfront, 50% before final delivery).
• Payments are non-refundable once work has started, unless I am unable to finish the piece, then refunds are possible up to 50% depending on how far along the piece is.3. PROCESS
• Finished artwork may take generally around 1-4 weeks depending on complexity.
• Clients will receive updates at key stages (e.g., sketch, line art, coloring). Minor revisions are allowed at each stage.
• Major changes to composition after the sketching phase are not allowed, unless I’ve specified otherwise.
• The final unwatermarked image will be sent via email after the last payment has been successful.4. RIGHTS AND USAGE
• I retain the copyright to the artwork and may use it for my portfolio or promotional purposes unless agreed otherwise.
• Clients may not resell, redistribute, or use the artwork for profit without purchasing commercial rights.
• Artwork may be altered lightly, but not traced, or claimed as the client’s original work.
• when reposted the credit to at least one of my account @ must be easily findable but doesn’t have to be the center of attention (ex: pinned comment, alt, subtitle, and so on)5. PROHIBITED USES
• The artwork may not be used in any AI generation, NFT creation, or blockchain-related activities.

1. GENERAL GUIDELINES
• If you lose the files contact me with proof of purchase and I will restore them if I have them archived.
• I retain the copyright to the artwork and may use it in my portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
• No direct credit for design needed; credit is only needed minimally for the artwork purchased.2. PAYMENT
• applies to both Paypal and Ko-fi
• Payment will be made 100% upfront before sending the unwatermarked images.
• All payments are non-refundable after receiving the unwatermarked images
• Holds can be discussed3. RIGHTS AND USAGE
• Commercial use is included with purchase for adoptables.
• After purchase buyer will have full creative freedom over the adoptable and its use, this includes but is not limited to: changing the design, using the desing in/for anything the client wishes (except for prohibited use, see section 4.), trading, gifting or selling the design.
• While re-selling is allowed after purchase, buyer may not sell the design for more than originally purchased for unless additional content is included.
• Artwork may be altered lightly, but not traced, or claimed as the buyer’s original work.4. PROHIBITED USE
• The artwork or design may not be used in any AI generation, NFT creation, or blockchain-related activities.
• The artwork or design may not be used for any illegal, hateful, or offensive purposes.
